Yes! The majority of our collection features 100% handcrafted rugs made by skilled artisans. Each rug takes several weeks to months to create, depending on its size and complexity. Product pages clearly indicate whether a rug is handmade, hand-tufted, or machine-made.
We use a range of premium natural and blended materials depending on the collection:
- Wool — durable, soft, naturally stain-resistant (most popular)
- Silk — ultra-fine, lustrous, best for low-traffic areas
- Jute & Seagrass — eco-friendly, rustic texture
- Cotton — lightweight, easy to clean, affordable
- Wool-Silk Blend — best of both worlds
We do our very best to photograph rugs under natural and studio lighting to represent colours accurately. However, screen calibration varies between devices, so there can be slight differences. If you are concerned about colour matching, feel free to request a colour swatch before ordering.
Yes! We recommend using a rug pad under all area rugs to prevent slipping, protect floors, and extend the life of your rug. You can add a compatible rug pad to your cart during checkout. Our pads are available in standard sizes to match your rug.
Simply browse our Shop, select the size you want from the product page, and click "Add to Cart". When ready, proceed to Checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our team will have already begun processing your order. Please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

For domestic (India) orders, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is also available. International shipping times vary by region — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders across India. For international orders, shipping charges apply based on destination. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Order Tracking page anytime. Enter your order number and email to see real-time status.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the rug in its original condition and we'll issue a full refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.
Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours. The refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Regular Care:
- Vacuum weekly (without beater bar) to remove dust and dirt
- Rotate your rug every 6 months for even wear
- Blot spills immediately — never rub
- Hand wash wool rugs with cold water and mild wool-safe soap
- Dry flat in shade — never in direct sunlight which fades colours
- Professional dry cleaning recommended for silk rugs
Yes, completely normal! New rugs, especially wool and natural fibre rugs, may have a faint "new" or "lanolin" smell. This dissipates naturally within 1–3 weeks with good ventilation. You can also lightly air the rug outdoors in the shade to speed up the process.
Shedding is common in new wool and high-pile rugs. It typically reduces significantly after the first few weeks of vacuuming. Use a vacuum without a beater/brush bar for the first few months. Shedding is not a defect and is not covered under our return policy.
Yes! We offer custom sizing for select collections. Custom orders typically take 3–8 weeks to produce depending on size, complexity, and availability of the weaver. Contact us with your required dimensions and design preferences to get a quote.
Absolutely! We have partnerships with artisan weavers who can create bespoke rugs to your specifications. Custom design projects require a minimum deposit and a design consultation. Lead times are typically 6–16 weeks. Reach out to us to begin the process.
